Combat stress and improve sleep naturally.

Fear and stress reactions are essential for human survival. The fight or flight response enables us to respond appropriately to danger and perform well under pressure. Yet persistent stress over-activates the body’s adrenal system which, depending on our personal traits, can affect us individually, and for some it can produce physical or psychological effects that can disrupt our quality of life.

In this talk Jo will explain the positive and negative effects of stress, provide insight into adrenal function and help you to better understand your individual requirements to optimise your health and well-being. As stress and anxiety are major contributors to disturbed sleep she will also focus on natural ways to improve your sleep so you can deal with stress in a more positive and productive manner.
