This is a unique opportunity to meet the founder of Beyond Bread Elena Golubovich and taste her delicious gluten-free products.
Beyond Bread is my favourite gluten-free bakery in London. Coming from the world of the baguettes and being highly intolerant to gluten, I’ve only been able to enjoy bread again since discovering Beyond Bread two years ago.
The first branch of Beyond Bread opened on Charlotte place (Fitzrovia) in January 2015. The products were so successful that Elena opened a second branch on Upper St (Islington) the following year, and a range of products is now available at Whole Foods Market.
You might be surprised to hear that Elena is not suffering from coeliac disease though.
After a welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), the evening will kick off with Elena explaining why she has decided to launch a gluten-free bakery in London. She will then share some tips on how to successfully bake without gluten before answering your questions.
The presentation will be followed by a generous tasting diner: Sharing platter, followed by a pizza sample and a slider. Wine and desert can be purchased separately.
Doors open at 7:00pm.
7:00pm - 7:15pm: Welcome drink.
7:15pm - 8:00pm: Elena Golubovich's talk and Q&As.
8:00pm - 8:15 pm: Gluten-free tasting.
