You know you need to eat healthier, but you don't know where to start- 30 days to health gives you everything you need to make it happen.
Perhaps you need to loose some weight. Maybe you are a sugar addict and you know you need to break the habit. Maybe you have digestion troubles and suspect a certain food is the culprit.
Whatever your reason, if you are ready to jump into a new healthy lifestyle then I am here to support you!
What to expect...
By the end of the 30 days you can expect to be leaner, less bloated and have a much better understanding of the foods that serve you well. Whilst this is not a weight loss challenge, you can expect weight loss as a pleasant side effect and as an added bonus your skin will be glowing too!
You will eat real, whole, nutrient dense foods every single day and over the 30 days you will develop a healthier relationship with food and your body.
During 30 days to health you will not starve yourself or live of meal replacement shakes, but you will get rid of the foods that cause blood sugar spikes and upset gut health.
Jumping into a new healthy lifestyle should be fun and we could all benefit with a little accountability and encouragement when we decide to take the plunge. When you purchase 30 days to health you will receive:.

What can I eat throughout the day?
Within the support guide there are example meal plans, snack ideas and recipes so you will never be short of ideas. The support guide includes a comprehensive list of the foods you should avoid along with suggestions on what to include.
Are there supplements involved?
No but the 30 days support guide provides guidance on the type of nutritional supplements that can be used to support the plan. If you wish to discuss supplementation and have a plan designed especially for you then you can use your health MOT for this purpose.
I have XXX condition, is this programme suitable for me?
If you are still unsure whether 30 days to health is suitable for you then I would love to talk it through with you. Please book a time in my diary for a chat. I also encourage you to show your doctor the plan and the meals you have been given. I am completely confident in this plan but I am not a doctor so show them the plan and if they give you the go ahead then jump on board!
