		<description>I think meal kits are the highest form of kitchen laziness! 
I am always suspicious of meal kits and of ready made sauces. They are still processed to one degree or another. It really doesn&#039;t take long to chop an onion, crush some garlic, open a tin of tomatoes and brown some chicken thighs. If only cookery classes hadn&#039;t been taken out of the school curriculum. 
If you&#039;ve never cooked then search online, BBC, Waitrose, Good Food websites rich with every recipe under the sun, and YouTube with videos showing you how.
Whatever happened to the fun in food!
I would use them, very rarely, and only after scrutinising the ingredients! Not a good way to spend my money though.</description>
